Mearra has had an internal application, Hugs, for thanking and virtually hugging a colleague since 2013. Physical hugs are now something that we are not recommended to give – yet the need for empathy (and hugs) is remarkable.
We at Mearra decided to give Hugs application for several organizations and companies as a pro bono till the end of 2021. We are providing hugging for 10,000 people in Finland.
