Mearra people are known to have exceptionally long careers at Mearra. This year Mearra has been on the business for ten years and many of the employees have been along the whole time. Even some of the owners are working fulltime in the operative positions; the company is not listed in the stock market. Very warm-hearted work culture is a solid base of the success of Mearra – and it is something that is permanently in the DNA of the company.
Mearra has applied and been certified as a Great Place to Work every year since 2014. From 2014-2016 in the small organizations’ category and since 2017 in the category of medium-sized organizations (from 50 – 150 employees). Mearra was at the 3rd place in 2018.
