The green and welcoming offices, the flexible working hours and remote work opportunities, the equipment, well-considered routines and processes, events and gatherings (when allowed) are just a few examples of what our employees love about Mearra.

On 25th of November, the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia handed the Family-Friendly Employer certificates to 62 companies in Estonia. We – Mearra – are proud to be among them and receive the GOLD level. Of course, such achievements don't come in a day. They take years of supportive teamwork, loads of thoughtful communication and tons of patience. Therefore the fruits are even sweeter.
