He heads a team of skilled technical experts, all focused on delivering high-quality, adaptable software that meets the changing needs of our clients.

By closely collaborating with the QA (Quality Assurance) experts, Project Managers, and other guilds at Mearra, the Tech Leads Guild ensures that code quality and best practices are at the forefront of each project. This cross-guild partnership strengthens the Guild’s commitment to delivering resilient, maintainable software by integrating thorough testing, streamlined deployments, and consistent technical oversight from start to finish. As a result, clients benefit from smoother project lifecycles, reduced errors, and software that is both stable and adaptive.

The Tech Leads Guild consists of ten professionals, including the Guild lead Tomi Mikola - a passionate Drupalist and founding member of Mearra. With a deep-rooted understanding of both technical and strategic aspects, Tomi has shaped the Guild’s mission to not only design and develop robust architectures but also foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and innovation. His approach ensures that tools, frameworks, and processes used are forward-thinking, efficient, and tailored to each client’s objectives.
