Ilze has joined Mearra only on August 1st, 2011. She is gradually getting to know Mearra's environment and way of work. Ilze works as a Managing Director Assistant and is responsible for administrative tasks, office work and event organization in Mearra Latvia. Ilze is specialized in PR but she is open-minded and flexible and therefore able to deal with different kinds of work. Ilze thinks her best achievement so far is her stable marriage and her marvellous son.
